        <p id="Description">The Clayman Institute offers up to twelve non-residential fellowships to Members of the Academic Council and Members of the Medical Center Line in the Stanford faculty, who are also Faculty Affiliates of the Clayman Institute. Up to $7500 in funding is available for three quarters.

The Clayman Institute also offers up to seven residential fellowships for tenured, tenure-track, and postdoctoral scholars from Stanford University, and U.S. and foreign universities. Fellowships will be non-stipendiary in 2010-2011. Postdoctoral scholars should apply through the residential program. Scholars will be 3 years or fewer beyond receipt of their degree at the time of application. One position is available in 2010-2011.   Applications are to be received in our office by 5:00pm (PST) on Tuesday, December 15, 2009.
